Closure of Tern Farm Vets

We are sad to inform you of the closure of Tern Vets Farm Practice as of 31st July 2024. We would like to thank you for being a valued client for many years.

There are a number of experienced farm practices nearby, and we have confirmed they have the ability and capability to take you on as a client and have included their addresses and contact numbers at the bottom of this letter.

We can send over any clinical notes to your preferred practice to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Tern Farm, one of our team members will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Should you not wish to be transferred to one of the practices mentioned below, please contact us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.
